Meet the CEO and Principal Consultant
Faith Rivera is a Las Vegas native but grew up in the North Texas area. Recently she and her husband have moved to Columbus, Ohio. She loves being in nature, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two fur babies. Faith has two degrees from the University of North Texas: a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Family and Community and a Masters of Education in Higher Education with a concentration of Student Affairs Administration.
As founder, CEO, and principal consultant of Alo Civitas Consulting, Faith’s work centers on amplifying impact. She partners with value-aligned leaders who are working at the intersection of purpose and performance—supporting them in securing critical funding, navigating growth or transition, and designing high-impact programs rooted in equity, authenticity, and innovation. Under her leadership, she and her team have helped dozens of organizations raise millions in grant funding, strengthen internal systems, and launch initiatives that drive real, measurable change in their communities.
What sets Faith apart is her intuitive grasp of both people and systems. She brings a rare combination of strategic foresight and grounded execution, offering clients not just big-picture vision but also the tools and frameworks to make it real. She meets leaders where they are—whether at the beginning of an idea or in the middle of a major transformation—and helps them map out what’s next. Her background spans direct service, systems implementation, operations, and executive strategy, giving her a 360-degree view of organizational health and what it takes to build lasting impact.Faith has worked with a variety of programs supporting children, youth, and young adults aged prenatal through college through nonprofits, faith-based organizations, universities, and health care.
Faith’s specialties include grant writing, strategic planning, curriculum development, coalition/learning collaborative facilitation, and program scaling.
